Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery:
Delivery charges vary based on location and order weight.
The cash-on Delivery option is not available.
Deliveries to metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai) take 2-3 business days.
Deliveries to the rest of India take 3–7 business days.
In case of any conflict, the online terms and conditions prevail for all products sold through our website.
Refund Policy:
If your order is cancelled after payment deduction, we will reimburse your money within 7–10 working days.
If you cancel your order to place a different job, we will transfer the money as a "Re-Order Token" to your account for future orders.
Returns:
Only accept packages if they are damaged or contain incorrect products.
Report any damaged package to the carrier and mention it while accepting the product.
If the exterior box or cover is tampered with, do not accept the product and share a picture with us.
If the inside of the product is damaged, we will assist you accordingly.
If the status shows "delivered" but you haven't received the product, contact us for a Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Slip (DRS Copy) from the courier company.
Delayed Delivery and Undelivered Shipment:
We deliver products according to the specified timeframe during checkout.
Refunds or compensation are not provided for delays caused by severe weather, government restrictions, or courier delays.
Contact us if you face any issues with your delivery.
"Delivery Exception" means the courier company was unable to deliver the product.
Respond to the message section on the job page to reattempt delivery.
If no response is received, the package will be returned to the "Production Unit."
Provide an alternate address for reshipping if the package is returned.
If no response is received within 30 days, the package will be scrapped and no refund will be issued.
Please provide feedback if the shipment is tampered with, damaged, or faulty.
